Sunday Devo - June 30, 2024

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭24‬-25
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

I picked these verses because we live in a time of discouragement. If you don’t believe me, look at the comments of an online video or go to Twitter (X). It won't be long till you see people bullying others online. Because of social media and other areas In our life we can feel down and depressed, but that’s where encouragement comes in.
 
You see God calls us to encourage each other! That’s one of the blessings of being in a church, we can  fellowship with others and have the opportunity to cheer others on. That’s what leads us to the ultimate encouragement, that God is always with us.
