Resurrection Sunday Devotional - April 20, 2025

Ephesians 2:8-10 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

This verse so beautifully illustrates the ultimate gift of eternal life that we can freely accept when we ask the Lord into our life. Nothing remains to be done to secure our redemption for eternity. "It is finished." Jesus did everything that was needed for us to be with Him.

All that's left is for us to believe and embrace the Lord into our life and live the way Jesus did.
Your faith can remain full because Jesus' grave remains empty-
that is the best news imaginable.
