Sunday Devo - February 16, 2025

Mark 7:28 " Then Jesus answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour."

There is a message here for us all. Certainly as believers we should exhibit the characteristics of humility shown by this woman, but also as evangelists what we look for in the world-- "an open door to share the good news".
Often humility comes in the midst of a tragedy or misfortune and it can be a moment or season that the LORD can draw someone in.

Think of funerals, sickness, bankruptcy, divorce; are all characteristics of a fallen world, yet allow us as God's children to be used by the Holy Spirit to bring words of comfort or physical help or prayer.
