Sunday Devo - May 17, 2026

Psalm 73:2-5 (NLT) But as for me, I almost lost my footing. My feet were slipping, and I was almost gone. For I envied the proud when I saw them prosper despite their wickedness. seem to live such painless lives; their bodies are so healthy and strong. They don’t have troubles like other people; they’re not plagued with problems like everyone else.

Life can be a real challenge sometimes. We can end up like the children of Israel during the time of the Exodus. We go along in our lives becoming completely dissatisfied. Looking at our neighbors and wishing we could do the things that they do. By the way, it didn’t work out well for them. Keep reading…
Psalm 73:17 Then I went into your sanctuary, O God, and I finally understood the destiny of the wicked.

Reading a verse like this puts our lives in perspective and back on track. When you read the Bible and learn about the final Judgment, and how God wants to save us; we realize we have a great, merciful God who dearly loves each one of us.     -Tim
