Father's Day, Sunday Devo - June 15, 2025

“But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.”  II Timothy‬ ‭3‬:‭14‬-‭15 ‭NKJV‬‬

As Christians, we are under attack. However, it is important for us to remember Jesus’ words:
“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you” (John 15:18–19, NKJV).

As we endure the trials of this life, let us hold on to Paul’s fatherly advice to Timothy, whom he dearly loved. Let’s cling to God’s Holy Word, which strengthens us by reminding us that these struggles are temporary and the best is yet to come. God bless you!
